The Georgia Radio Reading Service (GaRRS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide Georgia citizens who are blind, visually and print-impaired with access to the printed word via radio broadcast. How it Works All you need is a clear title and we'll take care of the rest, including pick-up, at no cost to you.
