GaRRS Partners with the Georgia Teen Works Program



Marceau Narcisse is employed by the Georgia Teen Works Program at the Georgia Radio Reading Service (GaRRS). Narcisse is currently attending Riverwood International Charter School and loves music. He raps, sings and is looking forward to playing on Riverwood’s Varsity basketball team next year.
